Today is Day 1 of my 100% juicing reboot. It's 5:45 p.m., and I am pretty miserable. My head is hurting already, and my tongue wants to taste something different. My STOMACH is not asking for food, though, and that is what really matters.
Breakfast
Fruit Juice smoothie: (14 oz)
1 banana
blueberries
watermelon
mango pineapple
Snack:
Juiced the remainder of the smoothie listed above. (8 oz)
+++More water
Lunch and Dinner
Green Smoothie Totals:
2 cucumbers
Handful of Kale
4 C Spinach
1 pear
Baby carrots
Handful of celery
1 green apple
Watermelon
I'm watching "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" again....looking for inspiration and for help remembering why I am doing this.
