Detox Ain't No Joke

Day 3. Today is much worse than yesterday or Day 1.

I drank my morning juice, but haven't been able to have anything other than water the rest of the day because I'm so nauseated. Even moving is hard.

I finally took a Maxalt at about noon because the pain in my head was unbearable. It felt like the worst sinus infection I have ever had. The head pain plus the nausea did make me wish for death quite a few times.

I am really starting to question my sanity for doing this whole thing. I should have just been eating better over the last few months instead of putting myself through this.
