I have decided to start blogging again. I was going to start this a few months ago, but I failed to meet that goal. I have started a new goal. My goal is to complete the P90X workout. I hope that in 90 days, I can say that I did not miss one day. I am worried because I am prone to migraines, but I don't want to let this be my crutch.
Today I was ready to begin. I did the first workout and it was intense. I had some trouble with doing push-up...because, uh, I never do push-ups. I just decided to modify them and use my knees. I am just happy that I pushed myself as much as I did. I am going to need to purchase some additional work out accessories in order to get the full effect of this workout. I do not have a doorway in this crap-ass apartment that lets me use a pull-up bar so I will need to find some kind of pulley system that I can attach to the door. I want to be sure that I am doing everything that I can to do these workouts as accurately as possible. This blog is mostly going to discuss my progress with this.
As far as the diet, I know that part is going to take some time. I'm getting better, but I am definitely a fast food and sugar junkie!!
